    • Communicating with vendors: Acting as the main point of contact for vendors to enhance communication efficiency for the couple.
    • Overcoming challenges: Resolving any issues that may come up during the event.
    • Ensuring that the couple are comfortable in their hotel room and has everything they need.
    • Validate the timeline schedule with vendors.
    • Guarantee all vendors are informed of the precise time and location for setup.
    • Details of the execution: Guaranteeing meticulous attention to every small aspect, including the illumination of candles, organization of seating, and supervision of the venue.

    • Ensuring the ceremony runs smoothly is crucial for maintaining order and ensuring a seamless flow of events.
